Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. Orders made before 3PM Monday to Friday are generally despatched the very same day subject to cleared payment through PayPal. During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and cleared payment. Orders are not processed on weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you still haven't received your item after the specified delivery time, please allow 5 working days for delivery (10 days for international delivery), before contacting us to further investigate your item location.

Returns & Replacements

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the item purchased or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes and please keep proof of the postage. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error and if the parcel is lost on the way to us, we cannot be held accountable.

We do not accept exchanges, should the item be returned to us we will issue a refund so that you can buy the required size/item.
Please note that we advise that ALL returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier.
